"Excellent breakfast and selection in the evening. Also, one of the better fitness rooms in this price range of a hotel. Very clean, staff was impeccably polite, and an overall wonderful experience."
"El hotel más caro que pagamos en la estancia en USA (fueron 6 hoteles en total) y el Quality fue el que peor nos recibió, la persona de recepción no quiso conversar con nosotros (seguro por ser latinos) a pesar de que le hablamos en inglés... y nos pasó a un quiosco, la persona en el quiosco de origen indú fue muy amable, pero no quita lo mal que nos trató la persona en recepción.
Desayuno pobre."
"I walked into my room and found 2 roaches. When I went to the desk they moved me and weren't the least bit concerned as to why. The next room had towels with stains on them and the key card was deactivated. In order to smoke you needed to go out back to the parking lot which had zero lighting and was a safety issue."

"The elevator had a warning sign. Which was terrifying to use. The pool was misleading. So small embarrassing. Specifically got the hotel for pool. Ridiculous. Carpet in room had holes."
"I stayed two nights and am particularly grateful for the cleanliness and clean smell. It's just far enough from the freeway that it's pretty quiet. The people upstairs were my "alarm clock" but that happens in most any motel unless you're on the top floor. There was enough parking, though the spaces are narrow - be careful. Air conditioner was efficient - no smell. They provide containers attached to the wall for shampoo, rinse, and lotion so that's easy. I always use the microwave and fridge, which had a good, closed freezer to refreeze my ice. Did not eat the breakfast. The only thing I'd suggest in my room would be to shampoo the carpet near the door area. It well vacuumed, but did need a little deep cleaning in that spot. I always take colored "footies" to walk around in when I stay in motels. When I left, my receipt was already printed so it could be handed to me in a moment."
"Carpet not too clean and bathroom room not that clean. Didn't see much for breakfast. Staff was friendly. It served the purpose for the 2 nights stay."
