"It is really hard for me to rate this one as it could have been a 5 stars everywhere if we didn’t check in to a room that had not been fully cleaned. The first person we had at reception upon check in insisted for us to pay to upgrade as we arrived at 7am which we didn’t want to know as we were more than happy to leave our bags and go explore, as it was our first time in Singapore, and come back at 3pm when our room would be ready. "The hotel was beyond expectations! We booked a club marina view room with access to the lounge, was well worth the upgrade. The room was on floor 22 and had spectacular views of the marina with a floor to ceiling window. The lounge access was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks all day!! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again"

"Staff and location are absolutely amazing. Hotel itself is unusual being in an old heritage building that adds to the experience. The deluxe room is super comfortable, spacious and clean. Stayed off the Main Street side and was super quiet. Be sure to use the gym and pool amenities of their sister hotel called the Clan. A stunning space and great views."
