"Love the warm cookies! The staff at check in was wonderful! It's a shame that the building itself wasn't designed with better acoustical ratings in mind, as the sound transfer from above/beside the room was poor (in that it sounded like our neighbors were in the room with us!). The pillows and bedding are wonderful, the bathroom was nice, the shower was amazing and I LOVE the fact that there is a magnifying mirror!"

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of the hot tubs was out of service but they are large and we enjoyed the one we used. We found the pool area cold. You could hear everything going on in the room next to us and in the hall. So I would have to say it was noisy. I wish the rooms were more sound resistant. "
