"We had room nr. 505 for one night before our flight home. The location is very good, easy to reach by subway on Park Street. We used a luggage storage around the corner on Winter street. The apartment has a kitchen with cooker, microwave and coffee machine. Basic kitchen equipment is there and also coffee and creamer. However the kitchen sink was not clean. The bathroom shower was difficult to handle, at least for us foreigners, it took a while - and a lot of water down the drain - to figure...

"We had two major issues that made our stay impossible. First was an issue with an incessantly beeping smoke detector, which was hard wired and beeped through the first night of our stay, and there was no support offered until the afternoon of the next day, leading to very little sleep. The other truly problematic issue was that the keyless entry to the building died and we were trapped with no ability to access the unit.
