"Very expensive for the room and its amenitie. It was clean and requires a mile dive in on unpaved roads to get to this hotel."

"We booked this location last minute and didn't see the check-in email about needing a mountain bus ticket, or an atv to get to the property, until the last bus had already left. The staff, office, and Expedia were very helpful and gave us a refund for our room. We would like to come back some day and experience the volcano huts properly."
