"Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. The whole room, bathroom and kitchen needs a facelift but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard! A bit of TLC would make all the difference. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant."

"Booked accommodation on morning and received confirmation email. Arrived at property and not received any email with access codes for property. After an hour Expedia told me accommodation was unlikely to be available so I then had to find alternative accommodation. Wasted nearly two hours and resulted in me missing...

"The hotel is well located for Business in the Greenford area. It has a fairly large car park with plenty of parking spaces, which is accessible by barrier. "The staff at the reception were very helpful and very friendly, making you feel welcome. The room was quite a standard sort of layout, but it was clean. Metres were good, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, so a good night's sleep. The pub next door for evening meal and for breakfast was excellent. Good selection of beer, extremely...
