"Staff is AWFUL. Definitely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Check in is 3 PM. We checked in at 3:20 PM and they told us to come back in a few hours as our room was not ready. They had no solution until I asked if I can receive a discount as I was heading to a concert and wouldn’t be able to use my room until after midnight since it wasn’t ready. There was multiple check ins this happened with as we were checking in and management was trying to run out for the day to avoid helping paying guests....

"The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. "

Before booking, we had read several negative reviews saying that the hotel was terrible, that there was a lot of airplane noise, and even that one guest had been very cold during the night. "The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well"
