Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it"

The sheets were stained, the room had a bad smell, some of the pillows on the beds had no pillowcases. The pool was so bad we could not let the kids in it.
