"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

"I spent 5 days 4 nights in this hotel with my relatives! - Easy to check-in and change room. - There is a delicious food stall in the right of hotel with reasonable price and friendly staffs; opening hour at 7:30 am and closing hour at 1am: I didn't have to worry about food. - About means of transport: ** Taxi: just walk to the right of the hotel, raise your hand and taxi will stop :) ** Bus: spend 2 - 5 mins to walk to the bus stops ** MRT: there is a free shuttle bus at 7:30, 8:30,...

"Property at the end of the stay tried to bill us for double the stay. Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."

"I and my friends stayed at Mecure Singapore on Steven for 5 nights (02 rooms), generally it was nice, infinity pool very nice, staff friendly and hotel is very clean. The only thing I would like to give my suggestion is hotel room should have Lotion! Every hotel I have been stayed: Sheraton, Grant Hyatt, Marriot in San Diego, or Fairmont in Quebec City, or even small hotel in saigon, they did all have lotion, except Mecure.... it was a bit pity. Hopefully next time when I come back, your hotel...

"The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."
