"The stay was fantastic, all front of house staff was extremely kind, eager to help and helpful. The breakfast attendant on the weekend (I think his name was Felix) was incredibly personable, kind and quirky. The kids loved him and he was a fresh breath of air early in the morning. The women who cleaned the room were super fast and detailed. The only complaint x2 that I have is that the ac downstairs isn't working and I cannot imagine having to work in those conditions, then the 2nd is the Monday...

"This was the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve visited. They made us feel so welcome and everything was excellent. "The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the room & lobby were dated. In our room the air conditioner was blowing strong, when I called the front desk it was always busy. The breakfast was sub par compared to other stays, not very welcoming. The bathroom was very small and shower had low pressure. Overall we would not stay at this location again."

"When we arrived the elevator was not working. People were standing in the lobby waiting on someone to get in repaired. I asked for the lowest level, which was the 5th floor. We hiked up 5 floors only to find a renovation in progress. Plastic taped to the hallway floors. The ac was not working in the room.
