"The property was really cute. The room was super clean and neat. The staff is extremely friendly. Free continental breast every day. The pool felt amazing even in cooler temperatures. The property has bicycles available to Guests at no extra cost. There are different events daily. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip to Colorado Springs."

"Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

"Positives: - Large clean room with nice view. - Very clean and upgraded building and amenities. - Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Need Improvement (but easy to fix): - Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit. - No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair. - Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows. Overall: I would go there again."

"The location is great but we were a bit let down with the property and maintenance. Upon arrival we had a broken dish washer, a non working tv, and a broken ceiling fan. We also asked 3 times for a can opener as the one in the drawer was broken but never received it. There were 5 mis-matched glasses and 2 mis-matched wine glasses for the entire house which was extremely annoying. Lastly we were awaken to a chirping fire alarm at 1 am which entailed us dismantling the alarm to find a 5 year old...

"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. (When I spoke to him 2 days prior and he never mentioned this or the fact we would be checking ourselves in.) We were told to go on in and our door combination was given to us over the phone. "I was there by myself. I needed a place to stay I felt safe. While this is an older motel it was clean. I did find a couple bugs inside. PLUS, you could see through the bottom of the entry door Nice shower. Bed was squeaky and not the best mattress. But owner was super nice. I would stay there again."

"Not many frills but great location and surprisingly quiet. Clean, fridge and air conditioning worked, and you could walk to two good dinner restaurants and Mo’s great breakfast diner. Shuttle to the more touristy area and cog railway is right down the block at daze inn. Recommend !"

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. After a seven-hour drive, my family arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM. Check-in was slow because the hotel was busy and there were not enough luggage carts. When we finally got to our room, it had not been cleaned properly there were used bed sheets and unemptied trash bins. I reported this to the front desk. The staff member who helped us was rude and unhelpful. I had booked a room with a kitchen because I was traveling with small...
