"Check-in took 45 minutes from when I got to the counter. Staff didn’t know how to retrieve my reservation which was booked through Expedia. Then they didn’t know how to make a room key, because they were unable to log into their computer program. The room itself was fine, but with the location so close to the highway, there was incredibly loud traffic noise all night. I would avoid this hotel "

"Good mattresses, clean bathrooms & larger showers with floors less slippery than the ceramic bathtubs .
One negative . . . all the luggage trollys are up in the lobby where there are currently no guest rooms while our building had No trollys & it was a LONG walk to the to the building with the lobby ."
