"Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. "

"Sunny was amazing a perfect host and I loved the fire pit and delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the chlorine in the pool and hot tub were to extreme levels that made your eyes burn.
