"I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay!"

"To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. As we came and went he was extremely friendly and smiling with courteous greetings etc. He should be recognized for his excellent...

"Our toilet had a hard time flushing. Actually, a couple times it wouldn’t flush at all. And our bed was pretty "

"They advertised having a bar, but what they have is a beer and wine dispenser. You have to put money on a card and use it at the machine. If you don’t use all the money it is not refunded. Great breakfast and very comfortable rooms"

"Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper."

Some had limited English. Thin towels. We received no housekeeping. The included breakfast was pretty good. Very poor wi-fi. Repeated issues with door keys. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again."
