"The room was extremely dirty. A thick layer of grime and dust was on the lamps and sidetables which made me not want to touch them but I had to because the ceiling light was so dim it was useless. Only one electrical outlet worked so only one lamp even worked and had to move the bed over to be able to charge my phone. There was no dish detergent to wash the provided dishes in the kitchen and the toilet ran constantly."

"Location by airport is excellent. Very close to the new rail line and station. The rail noise did not bother us as it is comparatively quiet. But the rooms are small and very old. We got a good shower and slept ok for our early morning flight. Staff is excellent"

"My partner and I were in town for a convention and stayed at The Equus for a 8 nights. The building is a bit older/outdated, but everything was functional and clean. We had a lot of luggage - the staff was kind and accomodating helping us arrange deliveries, as well as help carry our boxes up the stairs to the elevator.
