"I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was a very nice surprise for our stay in Houston for the U of H graduation. Perfectly located, budget-friendly, great amenities (happy hour with free drinks & free food), excellent free breakfast, super friendly staff and an immaculate pool and jacuzzi. The parking is secure, safe, and FREE as well. We will definitely be back."

"Nice little budget hotel in an awesome central location. Staff was nice, room was mostly clean except for the drink glasses and a dice found on the floor; the shower could use some TLC with the caulking and a big crack in the side, and the tp appeared to have been left from the last people and just folded up on the ends. The tp holders sucked and we opted to just keep it on the counter so it wouldn't fall. No contintental breakfast and no microwave in the room which is a bummer, but they did have a microwave in the lobby. Good amount of decently clean green space to walk the dog. The window AC unit worked well enough if we kept the constant fan on and the temp low, otherwise the humidity in the room was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, decent place for the location & budget."

"The Houstonian property and grounds are gorgeous and have amazing amenities. We visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, massages, facials, and pool. We had snacks poolside in between appointments as well and the our services were delightful. The restaurant on site is a wonderful addition, the food is delicious and our waitress was super attentive. We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to returning soon!"

"I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Houston Galleria Area and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mia at the front desk was especially exceptional at her job. I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience. Overall, this was an amazing stay with an outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Galleria area."

"Great location with convenient parking that was included. Staff was great. Location felt safe for me and my family. My dog was also well received. Go club suite if you can, very nice amenities included with it. Room is a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again."
