"Room was not ready I upon arrival for 3 people as booked. Front desk said they would give an upgrade ( I had booked a junior suite) and they put me in a smaller room. I complained and moved rooms again. Troy who was the manager in charge was amazing and made sure all was set before he held including being able to order food which was not charged. Room first night was very noisy with an AC engine on all night with permanent noise. Windows are not sound proof. I had to move rooms next day. ...

"For the moment we arrived we had a friendly staff members helping us out. Best of most we make new friends the atmosphere at the bar watching late soccer matches were amazing. "At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example."

"Although this is an older property, it was clean. Generally, it was equivalent to other Hamptons that I have stayed in. The location is a bit challenging due to traffic, but the parking was adequate."

"The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge"

I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? We’re still handling check outs.” After a long morning of travel, I was turned off by her unwelcoming attitude. The manager onsite was able to assist...

"This place is good just for a night, rooms smells and very loud all night. I couldn’t sleep all night long because the air conditioning was making a very loud noise like rubbing a bunch of plastic bags all night long. The guy at the counter was very nice and so was the lady when we were checking out."
