"Just subpar for the price. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. No outlet covers in the bathroom of all places. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Curtain handle to close curtain was broken off and just laying there. Pool was iced cold and very dimly lit. Might as well had been outside. Not great and won’t return."

"Beds are awful. Like sleeping on a cardboard box. Left me with major back issues due to lack of any type of support. Breakfast items limited to powdered eggs, typical cereal choices and cheapo yogurt."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed here, actually in the exact same room. Staff during check-in was great, very friendly and informative. The room was clean but the only complaint is that my AC wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal in Ohio during low Spring temps but I like to sleep in cooler temperatures. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience that I needed to complain. I’m local and have stayed here for a mini “staycation”. Will definitely book here again. "

"While there are plenty of options right off of I-80, your BEST option is just a few miles down the road off of I-80 in a classic Midwestern setting with a hint of New England. It's wecloming, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the restaurant on-site hits the sweet spot and there's a great indoor pool. Our ONLY quibble is that the shower head is a bit on the low side but that's all it is: a quibble. Great stay, great location and looking forward to another stay."

"My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"
