"This was the best hotel I’ve experienced , nothing was out of place very clean ,smells really good , the quality of everything was 10/10 breakfast was good, everyone was nice and spoke , I think even the own Mr Salvatore made appearances with the uniform on overall an amazing experience highly recommended and will be staying again"

"The breakfast was great! Loved the eggs and home fries and yogurt machine. Aaron, a lead for that area, was so nice and friendly! Every morning asking my sister and I how we were doing. Obviously hard working and wanting the best experience for guests. A real asset. The guys that drove the shuttle were also very nice and picked us up quickly. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo."

"Paid for an upgraded room days before arriving- was given the wrong room upon check-in. Brought it to the attention of staff and was told it was the correct room. Showed the front desk the upgrade confirmation and was advised that they didn’t have any other rooms available, they were under “remodel”. Was told that one would be clean 2 hours after check-in. "Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."

"For the price this is a very nice place to stay. I paid 322 for an entire week. No breakfast or coffee but there is a Burger King that is a couple min walk away so you can get breakfast there for cheap. As long as it's not raining, you are golden. The no - smoking king and queen rooms are nice. I stayed in the no-smoking twin bed rooms, non-smoking king and queen and smoking king rooms. "Overall this was a very nice hotel and a great stay. The woman who checked us in, I believe her name was Samantha, was very nice. My son loved it solely for the pool/hot tub. They had plenty of parking and the room was very comfortable and had plenty of towels/linens etc. the only issue -which wasn't even a problem- was the fact that I had to go behind the couch to plug the lamps in for light. "They had a nice variety of breakfast food and it looked amazing, unfortunately I did not stay due to meeting family for brunch. Did not have time to check out the gym or pool area. Was busy with graduation activities. Our room was very clean."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"
