"This was the best hotel I’ve experienced , nothing was out of place very clean ,smells really good , the quality of everything was 10/10 breakfast was good, everyone was nice and spoke , I think even the own Mr Salvatore made appearances with the uniform on overall an amazing experience highly recommended and will be staying again"

"Overall this was a very nice hotel and a great stay. The woman who checked us in, I believe her name was Samantha, was very nice. My son loved it solely for the pool/hot tub. They had plenty of parking and the room was very comfortable and had plenty of towels/linens etc. the only issue -which wasn't even a problem- was the fact that I had to go behind the couch to plug the lamps in for light. Pool area was nice except not very ventilated, and the multiple sets of doors to the patio all said...

"The breakfast was great! Loved the eggs and home fries and yogurt machine. Aaron, a lead for that area, was so nice and friendly! Every morning asking my sister and I how we were doing. Obviously hard working and wanting the best experience for guests. A real asset. The guys that drove the shuttle were also very nice and picked us up quickly. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo."

"Everything was very private and no one bothered you if you didn't want them to. The room was very nice and big and clean and perfect for our week long stay. The parking lot was very well lit so it felt very safe. Also had a great breakfast and right next to coffee shop if you wanted to get something else in the morning. Also great late night snack options in the vending machines!"

"Paid for an upgraded room days before arriving- was given the wrong room upon check-in. Brought it to the attention of staff and was told it was the correct room. Showed the front desk the upgrade confirmation and was advised that they didn’t have any other rooms available, they were under “remodel”. Was told that one would be clean 2 hours after check-in. Was told we’d be moved without charge. Got another room and it was wrecked; the fire place was out of order, curtains ripped and wouldn’t...

"The hotel met all of our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast attendant was attentive and prepared excellent meal options each morning. "Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return."
