"Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. "Extremely overpriced, room was very simple and not clean, have to pay 8 euro per person for shuttle to airport, 3 euro per towel in swimming pool. They have scale for your bags to weight - 1 euro."

"Very relaxing stay. Although its bit out of the way but you will enjoy and rejuvenate fully for the next day after exploring Rome. Wish we had booked the spa and enjoyed the pools. Great for families with young children traveling from States or Canada. Definitely worth it."

"The first thing that hit us was the amount of graffiti on and around the building. But, once inside it was very clean and light. The desk staff was very responsive and informative. The rooms were small, but well appointed with great air conditioning, which was very important with temps in the high 90's and low 100's. Great location for walking to local restaurant and souvenir shops."

"Great location...centrally located and most of the places on our itinerary were walkable. Great restaurants and cafes just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent and went out of their way to help with any questions and recommendations. Breakfast was included and was excellent."
