"The food is excellent. Breakfast menu is great and had 3 course meal in restaurant which was excellent. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the changing rooms floor could be cleaner and the windows in the pool area. But really is an excellent hotel and will likely be retuning next year."

"All staff that we had any dealings with at all were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant.
Very convenient location for town centre and the excellent bus station and bus services throughout the Island.
Our room , 519, was rather dated, and the shower arrangements were poor.
The heating controls were not easy, but, a member of staff attended our room and explained how these operated.

Lighting switches were...

"Overall fine for its price for a 1 night stay in convenient location. Room interior a bit dated but fine overall. Windows single glazed, rattling when it was stormy. No mini fridge in room. TV signal was poor, if at all working. Bed, whilst comfy, is on small wheels, meaning you're pushing it away from the wall whilst leaning against it. Shower was just a trickle, no real water pressure."
