Take your ID with you so that you can register to go inside the dome. You can't go inside without previously registering. It is completely free though!

If you're booking tours, I would recommend showing up 15-30 minutes early for your scheduled time as there is a quick security check before entering

Bookahead we had to go back twice to get on a tour, take your passport to book and get in

We went into the dome at night. Zmazing piece of architecture. The city looks very different but very pretty in the dark
