"The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster.
Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free...

"Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a Studio with Two Double Beds, but were given a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead. We checked in on time, yet the staff refused to provide the room we reserved and kept changing their explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and there were no pillows or bed sheets for the sofa bed. "I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at this lodge. I arrived for business meetings in the middle of the World Cup and my normal hotel prices were through the roof. I selected Convention Center Inn and really liked the place easy to get to, easy to park, clean rooms and extremely pleasant and attentive staff.
Sometimes ya get a surprise…..this was a big and good one."

"The staff were very helpful and polite. Valet parking was a breeze. The Lobby and the rest of the ground floor is beautiful.
Our room was a bit frayed around the edges. Stains on upholstered furniture, carpet unraveling in spots. The bedding smelled musty and the bathroom had mold, rust on metal parts, and the towels did not smell great. Other friends who were staying as well pretty much felt the same way.
A beautiful building that needs some serious attention given to the guest rooms."
