"Stayed there one night place is not clean. The breakfast was terrible sugar filled cereal and waffles I never even found the waffle batter. Had to use a kiosk to talk to someone. Overall, would never stay there again."

"It was a solid airport hotel I would recommend. Hotel shuttle picks up and returns you to the airport. Breakfast in the morning. Nice front desk gal. Clean rooms, AC worked. Hand soap was missing but I know that was an oversight. Very few dining options in the area, especially at night, FYI. "

"This is a nice hotel. However, it feels rather dated compared to the multiple newer, looking hotels in the immediate neighborhood. The rooms need refreshing the bathrooms need updating. There is a restaurant, but the prices were a little steep, but the front desk Staff were accommodating."

"After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice."

"This is an old, out dated hotel. It is understaffed and in poor condition.i waited 15 minutes for check-in because the front desk lady was folding laundry. The elevator didn't work. The tv didn't work. The hair dyer didnt work. The room phone wasn't connected. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. Very dirty place."

"Unfortunately we had such a bad experience we didn’t even unpack. The room we were assigned had roaches. We took pictures and videos and ended up getting our money back from Expedia. I will mention the staff were essentially non-existent and the one guy who worked there was quite gruff and made no attempt at pleasantries, ignoring us to the point I thought he was a customer at first.
