"Elevators were very dirty. Our room was cleaned each day but the 2 other people traveling with us didn’t even get them cleaned after asking for them to be cleaned. Location was good. Some staff were great and others were just unfriendly and unhelpful. This feels like a 2 star hotel and that is being generous. 1 of the rooms we had found a bed bug."

"We had an INCREDIBLE time!! We knew nothing about Basswood prior to arriving. The staff was amazing, Laura took care of us with a very specific scenario we hadn't anticipated and we are so grateful for her! Our cabin was awesome. The playgrounds were perfect for the kids.
