"Don’t bother. We had to stay here for a baseball tournament and I honestly cannot believe they would offer this as a hotel option. It looks nice from the photos online but the place is a dump. They have updated certain things, like the front desk, to make it look fresh and new but as soon as you walk down the hallway you can tell they really haven’t done anything. The carpet has to have been there since the 80’s. The second floor has no air conditioning in the hallways so it is extremely hot in...

"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

"Breakfast was good up until seeing the eggs. I understand that it makes sense to cook eggs they way in hotels. But, try to make it less watery next time. Drain out the egg pan more often. There was no signs of what the muffins was either. Waffle mix was too runny. Staff was very friendly"

"Upon check-in, I discovered human waste in the toilet of my first assigned room, #311. When I reported this, the staff member on duty was visibly rude. After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me. Due to the significant health concerns, I felt unsafe and checked out immediately."
