"First of all, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning. Europe is experiencing unprecedented heat, so it is important to verify that AC is available. I indeed thought it was, only to be informed at arrival that "only some rooms are". The property itself is ok, amenities are few, reception closes at 6pm. Young, inexperienced staff. "This is our second time at Bon Rivage and we enjoyed it. Its practial to stay there if you want to visit Vevey and Bouveret. Its great for families with nice spacious rooms. The location is very good with a beautiful scenery. We will definitely go back."

"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own. A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. "We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"

"The hotel did not bother to advise us in advance that due to the Montreux Jazz Festival we would not be able to park in their parking . The sheets were very poor quality . The view and location is excellent but that’s about it "
