"It was a good stay"

"Most of the front desk staff were not welcoming. The room had a leaky faucet that dripped making a loud noise that kept us up at night, phone did not work, one side of the room didn’t have power and the toilet had little to no pressure. We were never offered another room when we presented these issues to the front desk. The blankets were paper thin and whenever we requested an additional one they took it back when housekeeping. "Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much."

"The property was under renovation when we went but we enjoyed our stay and preferred it as opposed to staying at some cheap disappointing and uncomfortable airbnb properties. The staff was friendly and helpful, pool was nice and the area was nice. We will be back. "

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"The rooms weren’t super clean - the sheets had some hairs on it and I couldn’t tell if they were reused or just not properly cleaned. There was also hair on the ground. And our closet door was broken. The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas. The rooms are very small with just beds but the bathroom was so nice The overall stay was good for what we needed which was a bed with a quiet space (except for the frogs - they are loud all night). the rooms lead...

"Cristobal was incredibly accommodating of an unexpected additional night and also very helpful in making recommendations for how to enjoy the city. The room was quiet and safe, the ac was cool, bed and shower adequate, and the rooftop terrace was a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Very conveniently located, in an enjoyable neighborhood, and parking was only a slight challenge on Saturday night. "

"Air conditioning was perfection nice and cool in the warm humid climate outside. We had the only room on the top floor/rooftop which was very nice. Clean room and no issues during our stay. Location was perfect for exploring old san juan. "

"We were informed at breakfast that our Expedia booking didn't include breakfast, which everyone else got for free."

"AVOID!!! On arrival after flying all day we arrived at 4:00 pm which is room check in time. We noticed the check in line was moving very slowly and there were a lot of people standing with their luggage in the lobby. Once we got to the front of the line we were also notified like the other customers that our room was not ready. They suggested we set in the lobby and wait for a little while and they would call us when the room was good. We sat for an hour and a half before we approached the check...

"Perfect spot for the family. Great little community, lots around to do. Host was great and accommodating. 10/10 would return. Comfortably slept our 6 plus one baby!"
