"The resort itself is a 4/5, the food is not bad and the buffet has many options and good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, the staff are so rude and pushy. We were physically harassed by “animacion” staff to participate in games we didn’t want to. and by physical i mean grabbed and pulled and shushed and tried to force into participating after multiple times saying we’re not interested and no thank you.
