Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy. We also had Enrique as our butler and he as well made sure everything we needed was done. "

"This was our 2nd time visiting Occidental Caribe and we absolutely love the atmosphere and great vibes from the staff. Italian was the best food we ate while there but the other restaurants were also great. Everyone is willing to help out if needed. I would love to return again! "
