"The resort is incredibly comfortable for families. The pool area, provides a variety of options, the beach is incredible, and they keep it pretty clean. It’s paradise. I didn’t want to leave. The only improvement is the experience around booking for dinner, I ended up having terrible schedules for my kids. However the amenities, and Spa quality, are those from a premium SPA, I would definitely travel to this hotel again. My experience advisor from Expedia was amazing in helping me figure out...

"The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed. No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service...

"A nuestra llegada reservé en todos los restaurantes para toda nuestra estancia pero después de las primeras dos noches cancelé todas las demás, el buffet es mucho mejor que cualquiera de sus restaurantes especializados. La atención es estupenda, la ubicación es genial, todo delicioso, el agua templada riquísima.. la pasamos de maravilla y no nos queríamos ir.. regresaremos de vez en cuando 👌"
