"We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the staff was generally friendly. However, our biggest issue was with the restaurant reservation system. Every specialty restaurant required a reservation, and it was almost impossible to get an early dinner time. As a result, our family ended up eating dinner around 10:00 p.m. every night. On one occasion, we were given the last reservation around 10:40 p.m. That particular dinner was very disappointing. After we placed our order, the waiter came back and told us that our appetizers never made it because the kitchen had already closed, so the soups we ordered were no longer available. Some of our children's meals never arrived, and the waiter had to find food for them at the snack bar. The meals we eventually received were not what we had ordered, and the steaks were not cooked to the requested temperatures. I completely understand that the kitchen has a closing time. However, if the restaurant cannot provide the same level of service until the last available reservation, they should not continue offering reservations that late. Guests who book the latest time should receive the same dining experience as everyone else. The hotel itself was clean, but the restaurant reservation system and the poor dining experience had a significant impact on our stay."

"Overall it was great. The food at the Win was horrible. If you miss the breakfast buffet, there is only 1 place to eat . Never could get the app to work for dinner reservations but front desk people took care of it. Swim up bar was nice. The “500 resort credits” is pretty much just a coupon book. Still have to pay for anything thats not part of the all inclusive and you can only use a certain number of credits. Our butler guy was very helpful and gave his phone number for anything we needed. Place is only 100 yards from dolphin explorer. The beach was nice but water was pretty ugly"
