"I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better."

My experience at the hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. From the front desk to the bar, the service, hospitality, and overall atmosphere were exceptional.
I would especially like to recognize Melvin at the front desk, as well as Petel, Johana, and Jean at the bar, for their friendliness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout our stay. The staff in the breakfast area also did a fantastic job and made each morning enjoyable.
