"Older hotel, not up to date but it was very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful!! "

"You only get hot water for a very short time. For the hour before check out I could not even take a shower. I spoke to the front desk. She sent a young guy with a ponytail to the room to look me in the face with his hand in the water and say it was hot. Then house keeping checking and said it was lukewarm at best. The front desk just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do about it. Also there’s no latch on the inside of the door just the electronic lock from outside and no phone in the room."

"The hotel met our expectations, the room was clean and comfortable, the location asking the bread walk was exceptional. Staff always attentive and nice. Best of all, at Catch 31 bar and restaurant we had the best dinners and drinks I'd highly recommend the hotel. "

"Toilet leaked, room smelled moldy. Elevators old and shaky, beds were very uncomfortable. Tv service was intermittent at best. Lobby was clean and nice but the rest of the hotel wasn’t even close."

"The premises could of been in better condition. The 2nd and 4th floor are the only entries that work in the parking garage. The other entry doors are jammed. No room service unless special request at check in, but I was not told this. Poor water pressure and the knob to the shower was hard to adjus because it was loose. No continental breakfast. Beds are very small for 2 people. The pool is very small. The oceanview was the best part of the stay. Overall, my family agreed that we will not return for future visits. "

"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests. "I spent my birthday week here and I’m so happy with my decision. It was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the woman that I spoke to when I called because she was an angel. I told her it would be my birthday. She said oh really I’m gonna have a surprise for you! When I arrived at the hotel, I arrived to the most beautiful surprise from the hotel! I won’t say what it was because I don’t want to spoil it for the next person lol. But I was so surprised and happy. The layout of the room was nice. I love the balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was clean. The pool and the hot tub were nice. The outdoor area of the pool is really nice as well. The hotel does have an elevator. That was something I was confused about before I arrived based off of other reviews that I had read. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it you won’t regret it."
