"Room was clean, soaps shampoo smelled amazing made my order for myself at home. The front desk clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had good digestions abs opinions on fun locations with little ones and for adults she was amazing. Breakfast was good just ran out of syrup for waffles but still 10/10 "

"This is an old Raddsion and it looks like choice hotels took it over. Ran by foreigners. The front entrance was dirty before we walked in, carpets in hallways were filthy, the entrance and bathroom floor were very sticky, carpet in our room was not vacuumed well still had stuff from previous guest and used bar of soap in shower we discovered the next morning, it was hard to find a room anywhere because of baseball tournaments going on otherwise we would have looked for another hotel. "Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. "

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"An elevator was broken so there were only two functioning elevators. We waited up to 25 min for an elevator several times. Seems like a safety issue."

"Safe parking. Room was clean and comfortable but small. My only gripe would be that you can't access even the "casual" restaurant unless you wear a polo shirt so we couldn't get breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay here and the staff are friendly and professional. They offer a shuttle to and from the ballpark."

"Upon our arrival until our departure, everyone made this place feel like home. I am booking our next room as we speak. This is the best service and stay that I have ever had. I highly doubt I’ll ever book anywhere else. When they say that they are a full service hotel, believe it! We didn’t lift a finger. The restaurants, Starbucks, and over all safety won me over as well. See ya next month! "

"This hotel had a very elegant modern vibe while encapsulating the big city bustle, it was very convenient to the stadiums, the arch and the river. The only downfall which is not their fault is the dilapidated hotel right across the street, definitely an eyesore but hopefully the city will have an amazing opportunity to revitalize that area! But back to this idea hotel, it was very clean and comfortable! "

"Perfect place to stay for a quick visit to the city for a baseball game. Walking distance to the ballpark and the Gateway Arch. Loved the free breakfast buffet and the kick back in the evening. Rooms were nice and hotel was quiet. "

"I really like the look of the hotel and the room was clean and huge. My only complaint was it took two hours to bring towels and would’ve taken longer if I didn’t call again. The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. Food came in huge take out containers even though we were eating there. The service was slow! Maybe I would stay again but would not go to the...

"We had a great stay at Live! We stayed Friday—Sunday on a non-game weekend. Our room overlooked the Village and on Friday night there was a DJ and music playing until midnight. This was a very cool room and a fun atmosphere; however we have a young child so it was not ideal for bedtime. Thankfully the weather was colder on Saturday night so there weren’t any festivities.
