Granted its a Hyatt Place not a Hyatt, my expectation was a bit let down when i found this out. Overall the stay was nice, location was nice and convenient. The "polish" and craftsmanship of rooms and amenities was not what the typical Hyatt provides, i just had to adjust my expectation.

We used to like Hyatt Place for its chic, clean, and easygoing vibe, perfect for a short stay. Unfortunately, this time it didn’t feel as clean and comfortable as before, which was a bit disappointing

The area around the property was nice and the Staff was great. My only complaint was that whoever cleans the room didn't vacuum around the desk area. I guess because the carpet was dark colored they missed those spots, but i left some food out for a couple of hours to go out with my wife and when we got back I found a couple of ant on my box of food. After I killed the four ants and picked up the crumbs I seen from where it wasn't vacuumed, I didn't see anymore ants. I told the front desk and They immediately wrote everything down to get it cleaned. I recommend that they also get hand vacuum cleaners to get the spots behind the desk that the regular vacuum cleaners can't get to. other than that my room was great.

$14 parking permit is not cool. A lot of commotion through the night, a lot of people in parking lot just wondering, dark spots in lot, property doors wasn’t working. Just didn’t look as up to par as other locations, remodel look like it was off TEMU
