"Tracy is a wonderful hostess of this B&B! The breakfasts were wonderful and the room was so comfortable, we felt right at home. This is a great location. Literally just a few steps away from Short North, but very quiet and peaceful. We have been here many times, but we really enjoyed our time here this last stay. The rooms have been refreshed and with Tracy as the new manager of the Lincoln Inn we look forward to staying here again soon. "

"Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming."

"It was clean, but certainly outdated. The jacuzzi tub took forever to fill up, literally over an hour. The carpet was torn up and badly needed replaced. The service was fantastic, and the stay a quiet one. I would stay again, but they certainly need to do some upgrades."

"We were told they only clean and restock rooms every other day during your stay. We needed clean towels, coffee pods, cups everyday. Had to go down to the desk to request these items. Front desk person was nice and obtained the items we needed to get by. I feel the rooms should be restocked every day during your stay."
