"No air conditioning is as advertised. Stained carpet and walls. Unable to open a large window for air. Blow dryer old and held together with a band-aid. Staff was remote by video only. Mop pocket on stairwell next to elevator. The good: parking is free on weekends across the street, otherwise public parking. The elevator works great."

"I had a lovely and very restful stay at the chalet. The location has beautiful mountain views and is near to cable cars if you want to go higher up.
