"Property is on prime location of the Falls views, our room view as amazing. What we did not like is the high price of the parking. So we had to Park offsite. The offsite parking was convenient. As they do have two shuttles, one at the hotel and one at the parking site so we did not have to wait long at all. One thing that we did not like is that the shampoo and wash gel did not have any in the bottles. They need to be better at checking these items before their guest arrive as others check out...

"Very convenient location to stay at when enjoying an event at the OLG Stage. I have one suggestion. For a Hilton hotel of this calibre, they should install comfort height toilets. I’m tall and for those with knee/joint/mobility issues nothing is worse than having to drop down on a short toilet."

"This isn't as updated, but the location is amazing for the price! We even had the tiniest sliver of view of the falls from our balcony (though it was less than 5 minutes walk to see them for real)."

"The rooms were clean but we are older and there was a lack of helping with anything. I had an oxygen concentrator ordered and had to take it to the room myself. Not good I also wish the toilet facilities weren’t so low to the ground . No concierge we could find for answers to our questions. When they say 1 min from the casino , maybe flying , but definitely got over 10,000 steps a day . I am sorry but I wouldn’t stay there again"

"Thank you for a great stay. This hotel has great parking as opposed to the areas closer to the falls. The rooms were very large and all staff was nice and kind. We could walk to many great restaurants and all the attractions and tours. Please consider staying here!"
