"Hotel was under renovations . Total disaster because most floors were unavailable even though most rooms were booked earlier . It's very unfair for the hotel to allow bookings while they were fully aware that they will be renovating the whole building and changing ownership in few weeks. Only 2 elevators were operational and average wait time to board elevator was 15-20 mins during peak hours to get to your room. It was a total mess and most definitely the worst stay I have ever had at this hotel. A disclaimer should have been issued on the booking site warning people of the extensive renovations going on . Hammers and drills wakes you at 8 am . I feel we deserve our money back or a 50% refund since the hotel did not honour their end of providing a clean , safe and quiet relaxation experience for the clients. PLS DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT TGE RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETED!! Also they need to train their bell men or door men on our to assist customers with their luggages without trying to charge a fee or discriminate against certain race or ethnicity. This hotel has lost all possible points. Thank God they will be no more EMBASSY SUITES in few weeks. Good riddance 👌 "

"Not only does this hotel offer a great complimentary breakfast, but they also offer free food and beverages from 5:30 to 7pm. A big hit for kids. One night they served poutine and the next was chicken and mac and cheese. First time I have ever seen this at any hotels. And free parking to boot. Rooms were quite spacious with basic kitchen essentials. "

"Carpet was making me sneeze. Nothing done to help with a sleepless night due to 3am guests fighting for over an hour and security called to see if people were ok. "
