"Great place to stay."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. "We booked a family room at W6 Hotel Hammersmith for late June/early July 2026 with our infant and 12-year-old. The W6 Hotel experience was likely the worst we have ever had (and we've stayed in London several times in budget-friendly properties, no complaints). On arrival the basement room was so dirty, smelly and unliveable that we left after only five minutes and moved to a Holiday Inn for the night.
