"I stayed at this hotel when I arrived and departed through Heathrow. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were adequate. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that needs attention. During my first stay, the water was turned off. On the second visit, I reported to the front desk that the room temperature in my room was stuck at 25 degrees Celsius. It was miserable to be so hot and they didn’t do anything to fix it. On both stays, there were issues with the elevators."
