"We always stay here when over from USA as father lives in Farnborough. Love the place as convenient to everything we need. Only issue is the parking can be full up."

"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. We would definitely come back here to stay."

"Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. "

"Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers. "

"The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins. "

"Great location if you are using terminal 2 or 3. Super nice rooms and bath. Excellent bar on 14th floor with runway views. We also took the underground into London and it was convenient. Highly recommend this property"

"My husband & I stayed here for a night. It was very clean , the staff was fine. There are a ton of stairs leading to all the rooms. E did not have a problem as we are both easily able to get around. But our AC unit started leaking pretty soon after getting in our room. When we advised staff, they put a bucket under it (as it was still leaking) & said they will fix it in the morning. It was around 6 pm so that was a bit annoying. Nothing was comped for us. Overall the stay was nice."
