"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. While the hotel advertised itself as being downtown, I found it to be a bit farther than expected, requiring me to take an Uber to reach downtown or other locations. I would suggest considering other accommodation options for a more convenient experience."

"Guests mugged in hotel parking garage by an unhoused man. Not a safe area! NO COFFEE available during breakfast. Staff said they needed to find a key to coffeemaker for 3 hours. No attempt to otherwise provide coffee at our location included breakfast. "

"Internet access provided by hotel is bad. Traveling for a business trip I had to spend at least half an hour contacting the help center to connect in my laptop. Also, the toilet dispenser is too close to the toilet bowl. You have to actually sit diagonal in order to be able to use the toilet."

" Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare - waffles, pastries, eggs (probably powdered). A little fruit. Only one elevator worked. The pool was covered when we arrived. A couple of days later the cover was removed only to reveal brown, scummy water. My reservation said “in season swimming” but this pool needed a major cleaning. Staff friendly. "
