TERRIBLE. Room was nasty and dirty. And there is what seems to be homeless people all around. The lobby isn’t even open, there is a small window where you check in.
The first room they put us in had a clogged toilet. They moved us next door. The room was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere. The parking lot had people loitering in cars, hanging out in stairways and homeless camped out. It felt very unsafe and it smelled like urine. We checked in late and i am embarrased we stayed one night. We cut our stay short and moved to a different hotel. Wyndham should be ashamed to allow their name to be on this place.
I would like a partial refund. The sink was dirty. There was hair on the floor the bathtub was chipped, and there was a hole in the wall by the door there was holes in the ceiling that had been patched up and by the shower the hallway. Smelt, like urine there were homeless people in the hallway. Smoking sleeping in the hallway next to my room. I approached the attendant and asked him to do something. He stated there's nothing we can do about it. I would like a partial refund and we'll never stay there. I would not recommend staying there. It is an unsafe area. The facility itself is unsafe. It smells there.I would like a partial refund
My room had empty soda can/bottle, I didn’t want to touch anything, let alone shower. This is a sad, neglected property that the owner certainly doesn’t care about or for.
The property was occupied mostly by homeless people and were very loud causing a lot of disturbances during the stay. Lastly I picked this place as it listed complimentary breakfast only to be told at checkin that they stopped it recently and not updated on the partners (expedia) website.
Too many homeless inside and around the property. Urine smell in córners around the blog. I saw roaches in the room. Trash containers in stairs overfilled.
Not a well maintained property.
After I arrived at the room, there was a knocking at the door; some men outside were using drugs in the stairwell. It was a terrible experience, and I left the room just two hours after arriving.
There was nothing at all good about this disgusting place. It was like staying at a homeless camp. There were homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, seen even a man grabbing ice out of the ice machine bare handed. Elevator that we needed to use to get my 7 year old to the room in his wheelchair elevator inside smelled like urine, trash inside all over along with dirty clothing hanging inside on the handrails. They refuse to answer the phone when I called to ask for a refund. Expedia reached out to them and they refused to refund our 2 night stay even though we never spent the night. I will never use Expedia again for any stays. They continue to have hotels like that on there app as long as they are making money from it. Read the reviews before booking this hotel had been having the same reviews for over 2 years. My fault but I couldn’t believe that the reviews were true, but they were and even worse.
Disgusting. Homeless people and drug addicts throughout the hotel. Homeless people sleeping cars. Smell of urine all over. Room smelled like moth balls. Room was dirty. Dry blood on the floor. The door peep hole was bigger than normal and had electrician tape covering the hole.
Arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Lobby locked-had to check in through a security window. Mattress in the parking lot. Overflowing dumpster. Water pooled on cement walkway to elevator, which smelled of smoke, was covered in graffiti and had cigarette butts on elevator floor. Room numbers mismatched. Room floor cracked and missing. Bathtub stained. Chair stained. Ceiling water stained. Wall paint mismatched. Dents in refrigerator. One nightstand. Holes in the bedding and curtains. Booked king room got two queens. Unhoused folks camped outside our room door on the third floor. Pictures on website seemed bait and switch. I didn’t expect luxury-just clean and tidy and safe. This wasn’t it.
I checked in at the last minute late on a Friday night. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. However, the place itself had a lot of sketchy types milling around the property, which made me nervous, as a single girl. I saw someone knocking on the wrong door, asking "Is this Larry's house? No? Sorry." Larry's HOUSE? Also, there were several rough-looking people sitting in the stairwells and walking around the parking lot.
As for the room itself, I let out a laugh when I first turned on the light - there was a heart-shaped hot tub in the room! But, the closer I looked, the more issues I found. There was a bug in the shower. But, more alarmingly, the bathroom door had looked like it had been kicked-in at one time, and there was what looked like a punch in the door, both of which had been hastily patched-up. Several other things in the room had been broken or were missing - the drawers were unusable and the hot tub controls had been broken off. I had started to unpack, and the bed seemed ok, but I couldn't imagine tucking in and relaxing enough to sleep. I promptly sat down, got on my phone, and looked up a different relatively inexpensive hotel that was available right away one that had very good reviews. I made my reservation and told the nice front-desk guy that I had to leave. He said that he would still have to charge me for the one night, and that was ok by me.
The property was trashed and dirty had a smell like burnt trash. Was bothered by obvious regulars which look and acted like they were looking for their next fix or deal. I was greatful I only booked 1 night at that property
Homeless people everyone in the parking lot and stair ways. I also saw a few low riders hanging around in the parking lot. This was in broad daylight. I ended up not staying there since I did not feel safe. I went to Garden Inn just down the street and felt safe and no homeless people at all. I slept good and had piece of mind. I was not able to get a refund via Hotels.com because I didn't cancel it in time. However I did not know this place was going to be like this prior to getting there.
