"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

"Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles."

"We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Spokane."

"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"This place is a dump. It's the type of hotel you rent by the hour, not the day. Damp smelling throughout, filthy, room wasn't clean when we checked in. Stains all over the place. And that's the good parts. Paper thin walls and you can hear everything going on in every other room. People were out in the parking lot, playing music, and drinking until 4:00 am. "The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! "Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

"The property was clean , modernized and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping and outside decor. Perfect location, located along the river walk next to the collage. They are in the process of renovating the pool area but had many other outdoor amenities. Also had a restaurant onsite."
