Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear outdoor space, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photos. Basically a dormitory-style place for young skiiers and not much else."
