"easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. "location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy.
Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday.
staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...
