"Great Location. Walkable to Time Square. There are 2 Subway stations that are a very short walk. Restaurants right down stairs. This property was very clean. Employees were very nice. I felt safe staying as a woman with my teenage daughter. Will stay at this location again soon."

"Convenient... gym was great... access to everything.... rooms are amazing and extremely comfortable.... the infused water in the lobby is sooooo good... the next door deli/food/grocery/smoothie all purpose convenience store is off the chain... and access to a billion restaurants in LIC and seconds to the subway... and connected to parking lot... LOVE this spot!"

"Loved everything especially the availability of full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Great views of the city. Convenient location. Grocery store is in the same block. Wish the subway station was a little closer but we enjoyed walking . Amazing rooftop restaurant /lounge Ofelia on the 26th floor. Would stay there again"

"This hotel is a disaster ! It was a false advertisement on how the hotel really looks . The room was very very outdated and the air conditioner did not work in the bedroom . The smell was overbearing with roach spray ….. We went up to the room and attempted to stay but we were unable to make it work . The front desk said they had another room but my wife said absolutely not ! The receptionist said he was going to cancel the reservation and not to worry that the charges were going to be removed...
