Amazing!

The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, clean, incredibly comfy bed (although it made early mornings a problem!). The check in process was really easy. I also love the fact there is a huge washer and dryer so was able to do some washing mid-stay and not have to fill my suitcase up too much. The Gym was great and not too busy so was able to use the equipment I wanted to. I had a question one evening and emailed Hyatus expecting an answer the next day and they came back with a very helpful answer within 10 minutes! The only slight negative was that the heating didn't seem to go very high, so given I was there at a particularly cold time it did tend to get chilly and then it struggled to heat up, but there is a blanket provided which took the edge off while it heated up. A suggestion for an even better experience would be to provide basic items, like salt, pepper, herbs, butter etc. I bought these for cooking, but ended up wasting quite a lot due to the fact I was only there for 10 days. Another suggestion would be to provide some more hangers - there were only 5 provided so had to double up. Absolutely not a deal breaker though! Overall the apartment was amazing and these small points did not in any way ruin my stay. I will 100% be staying there again!
