"The room was clean , but worn, headboard clearly discolored from wear and tear, cracked sink, shower faucet drip, a strange scratching grinding noise in the wall next to the bed. at night. The location suited our purpose for 3 nights visiting relatives in New City. Staff were responsive to our requests. Appeared safe. 3 stars"

"Room was clean and pleasant. Lots of parking. Staff was very accomodating and very helpful. Nearby shops are available but need to travel since hotel is along the main road. Palisades mall across the hotel."

"The room was clean all the staff were excellent the people serving the breakfast were very friendly courteous unbelievable they were exceptional loved them so give them a shout out they deserve it at the front desk excellent would definitely stay there again thank for recommending the Hilton Garden inn"

"The hotel is extremely old-fashioned and it smells that way. I had problems rating this because it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Neither was the service or the amenities. It is a little ran down but it's a place to lay your head. The shower pressure was amazing. The rest was very dated then there was a crucifix tucked in to the frame of the bathroom doorway which added creepy vibes."

"The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!"

"First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. There's really nothing available except for a few muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice, nothing else."

"The staff is so friendly and welcoming ! My room was spotless, and nice and cold (currently very humid out) The pool was great , clean and refreshing . I liked how peaceful and quiet it was as well . The breakfast was …. AMAZING. I ate my weight in scrambled eggs with cheese and some Sriracha. The WiFi , fast and great for working or streaming. Awesome overall . The only thing I found to be absurd , is that you have to also pay to park."

"The Smell Of WEED And The Sanitation Definitely Needs Improvement, The Entire Building Needs To Be Done. There is an awful smell when you get to the front door would not recommend and never would stay there again."

"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."
