A big disappointment in the amenities; being that was one reason we chose this property. "The carpet was stained in the rooms. Could use some updates. Hair on the bed. Could look over the cleanliness of the room before guests check in. There’s a lot of children that stay here that contributes to the stains in the carpet and messy floors."

"I thought the room was maintained well, except for the floors, which did not appear to be mopped in a long time. Upon walking in the room, our feet became very dirty. The bathroom was nice and clean, as well as the bedding. We appreciated the amenities and ease of check-in/check-out."

The staff has always been professional and welcoming. Once you visit this hotel, I'll bet you'll want to visit again, just like me. The island is located directly behind the hotel. "There was roaches in our room and the floor was still dirty. Our restroom door also wouldn’t close at all. It was okay for a place to sleep but once we saw the roach, unfortunately I couldn’t really sleep. It’s decent just to sleep at, close to everything."
