"The room was fine and there is parking for trucks/trailers and it is close to a Royal Blue trail entrance. My only complaint was the room keys. Everyone in our party had the same issues. The keys deactivated after you use them one or two times. We were continually having to go back to the front desk to get keys reactivated. It was frustrating when coming in from riding you’re dirty, tired, and ready to take a shower, and you had to go back to the front desk yet again for another key activation ."

"I stayed in your hotel last night and there was a thumping in the walls. It was in walls of my bathroom and in the ceiling of the rooms around me. There were an Hispanic couple who could not sleep either. This was around 4 AM. When I came to to front desk, no one was there. But when I decided to checkout the front desk person woke up and appeared. I told him about the noise but he said he didn't no anything about it. I was driving 10 hours to Philadelphia and had just arrived from driving 9...
